Location: Private Residence, Avon, Massachusetts a house built in the late 1800's.

Investigators: Bob Sargent, Nancy Cox, Robb D, Chris Malatesta and  special guest Paul Oleskiewicz of Central Berkshire Ghost Hunters.

During the evening we used all of the standard equipment and showed no results on the EMF, Temperature or KII meters that would indicate any significant results even though we had seen some intriguing lights which we felt we adequately debunked. There was no evidence on our digital cameras or the DVR cameras we were running that night. However; when we reviewed our tape recorders, not only the ones we were carrying, but the recorders we had placed with the cameras we found out that someone had been talking to us all night! I've included only the 10 best EVP's from that night.

While we were setting up the equipment someone (other than us) became concerned.

One of our investigators had his camera battery fail (it was freshly charged). Paul had notified me via walkie talkie that he was coming down to get my camera. You can hear what happened, bearing in mind that there were NO dogs in the house that night.

The single most telling response came to the question do you like to scare people?

We also got a response to our question asking what the entity thought about us.

The homeowner had told me that when someone died in her family she only got the bill. She and I weren't the only one's laughing.

We asked the entity to let us know it was there and we got the following response.

The house we were investigating backs up to an old cemetery and we asked if the entity was buried in that cemetery.

In an attempt to determine if something bad had happened there, we asked if a tragedy had occurred in that house.

We can only make out one word in the class "C" EVP about what we believe is alone.

The single best EVP we got there is this one.  The entire clip of someone with a British sounding accent is the EVP.
